Coaching session content is used solely to support you in your growth and is kept confidential (see Confidentiality section in Terms and Conditions).

• With trusted service providers who assist me in operating the Website and business (e.g., Stripe/PayPal for payments, Acuity/Squarespace for scheduling, Flodesk/ConvertKit for email, web hosting providers). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to me.

• With my virtual assistant or contractor(s) only as strictly necessary and under confidentiality agreements.

• When required by law, court order, or government authority.

• In the event of a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).

I use Systeme.io (or similar) which tracks opens and clicks to improve content. This data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

I implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While I strive to protect your data, I cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

I keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, provide services, comply with legal requirements, or protect my legal rights. Coaching notes are retained for up to 7 years or as required by professional standards.

8. Children's Privacy

My services and Website are not intended for individuals under 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If I become aware that a child has provided information, I will delete it immediately.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
